- Homepage quality alone is not enough; the full path matters.
- Agents also need explicit UX constraints.

Featured principles:
- 清晰度 Clarity: 让用户一眼看懂这是什么、正在发生什么、下一步可以做什么。
- 信任 Trust: 信任来自稳定、透明、可验证，而不是把系统伪装得像人。
- 反馈 Feedback: 别让用户在等待、执行和失败时只能靠猜。
- 可控性 Controllability: 越自动化，越需要暂停、改写、批准、撤销和人工接管。
- 恢复 Recovery: 错误不是终点，关键在于系统能不能帮人回到正确轨道。
- 渐进揭示 Progressive Disclosure: 复杂系统不该把所有能力、风险和状态一次性压给用户。

Audit tools:
- 首页与页面清晰度审计: 适合首页讲不清、入口不明显、按钮不敢点、文案和信息层级不顺的情况。
- 服务链路与交接审计: 适合问题不在单页，而在注册、审批、通知、handoff、支持等整条流程里的情况。

Agent rules:
- Do not hide system state during long-running tasks.
- Differentiate agents from humans.
- Make approvals explicit before external or irreversible actions.
- Expose recovery paths when the system is wrong.
